For College Students– DIY Troubleshooting

   Undoubtedly tertiary education plays an important role in one’s life. However, many students in domestic universities, especially freshmen and sophomores, find that they are not interested in or content with their majors and even the schools, but they cannot make changes under the existing education system. In fact they can apply for transferring to foreign universities, as long as they meet the requirements on language. There are also some students who intend to pursue postgraduate education abroad after graduation. Youhao International Volunteer Team

    Responding to the call of Xiamen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Youhao International Volunteer Team was set up in December 2010. This Volunteer Team, a platform for students who are interested in volunteer services, is composed of more than 60 volunteers that can speak foreign languages. Many of them come from Xiamen University, Jimei University, Xiamen University of Technology, Xiamen Shuangshi Middle School, Xiamen Foreign Language School, Xiamen Yingcai School and Wuyi College. It is the first international team in Xiamen composed of foreign students and Chinese students.
   Youhao International Volunteer Team has been serving The China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen for several years, assisting the organizing committee in liaison, reception, register and translation. The Team also serves Xiamen International Marathon and other activities. Youhao International cooperates with Xiamen Social Welfare Centre and does much volunteer work within its capacity. 
   In the future, Youhao International Volunteer Team will keep on progressing, turning passion into devotion, and then sense of responsibility, and finally moral character and conduct.
