The First XMFSC Public Service Day to be Held Soon
仁愛之心謂之慈，濟困之舉謂之善。為了弘揚中華民族扶貧濟困、互幫互助的傳統美德，提高市民慈善與環保理念，踐行“美麗廈門”規劃，促進社會和諧，廈門市對外服務中心響應廈門市總工會的號召，與廈門市人力資源工會聯合會、廈門外服人力資源服務有限公司聯合工會共同向全體外服及外服客戶企業及員工發起倡議：2014年 11月15日讓我們一起做公益，分享奉獻愛心的快樂吧。
Inheriting Chinese traditional moral of helping the poor and caring for the needy, we call for your benevolence and kind acts for the vulnerable groups, to promote social harmony and build a more beautiful Xiamen. We call for you to join us in public service on Nov.15,2014.
活動目的與意義
舉辦首屆“廈門外服公益日”活動，是為了引導廈門外服所服務的境外企業駐廈代表機構、外資企業和其他企業及其員工，踐行社會主義核心價值觀，倡導“互助、友愛、文明、進步”的奉獻精神，關注社會慈善公益事業，展示外企員工熱心公益，積極回饋社會的熱情，促進美麗廈門建設，為外企員工奉獻愛心、回饋社會創造一個公益活動平臺。
Aim of XMFSC Public Service Day
To implement core socialist values “mutual aid, friendship, civility, and progress” and provide a platform for the employees of foreign enterprises, foreign representative offices and other enterprises to care for the others and contribute to the society.

廈門外服服務的外資及各類客戶企業及其員工，含勞務派遣、人事代理關系員工，以及外籍人員；廈門外服業務關聯政府機構及服務單位。

活動形式
Activities:
活動以社會大眾為對象，采取廣場開放展位形式?，F場分區域設置企業展示、物品義賣、咨詢服務、衣物捐贈、健康體檢、環保宣傳等主題內容。
The activities are open to the public. We prepare a range of booths for business exhibition, fund-raising sale, free consultancy, clothes donation, health checks and environment-friendly promotion, etc.
參與企業可以通過在展示區設置噴繪看板展示企業LOGO和企業簡介、企業公益活動以及企業宣傳圖文資料。有條件的企業可以設置展位進行義賣，或者提供相應產品在主禮臺通過現場拍賣的形式捐助公益。（詳細內容請閱讀《廈門外服公益日活動企業報名須知》點擊下載須知文件）
The participating enterprises can exhibit their LOGOs, business introduction, business activities and public service in the form of words and pictures on the board. Fund-raising sales or donation by selling products at auction can also be conducted by the enterprises in the designated booths (Refer to Annex1,download).
員工自愿報名參加公益日活動，可以預約參加義賣活動或者報名成為活動志愿者。員工義賣活動是通過將居家閑置用品在現場進行義賣。（詳情請閱讀《廈門外服公益日活動員工報名須知》 點擊下載須知文件）
Individual Employees can participate in the fund-raising sales or enroll as the volunteers. The individual employees are supposed to sell their spare living things in the booths (Refer to Annex2,download).
活動設咨詢服務區，市總工會及政府相關機構專家到場進行人事政策、勞動關系、勞動仲裁、工會法等方面的咨詢。廈門外服人力資源、出入境各項業務也在現場進行義務咨詢。主辦方將根據需要邀請醫療保健、教育等相關單位參與義務咨詢活動。
活動還將在現場設立衣物捐贈區和環保宣傳區。
The free consultancy on HR policy, employment relationship, labor arbitration and Law of trade union will be provided by the experts from Xiamen Federation of Trade Unions and governmental organizations. XMFSC will also offer information on HR service and visa service. The medical and educational organizations will also participate in the consultancy.

Remarks:
本次活動為純公益性質，活動組織費用由廈門外服和工會組織承擔，義賣義捐錢物直接由慈善部門接收，展示區收費除支付一定組織成本費外，全部將捐贈給有關公益部門。
This event is of public service. Xiamen Foreign Service Center and Xiamen Federation of Trade Unions will cover the organization fees, while the contributed things and the raised funds will be donated to the Social Service Departments.
