2.Handling day/night shift operations with carriers, ware house, terminal and CS.
3.Flight planning for achieving the OTP requirement.
1.College level or above.
2.At least 2 years air operation(flight planning) experience in freight forwarding industry.
3.familiar with freight forwarding.
4.Mandarin and English language proficiency.
5.Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
6.Computer literate(Can use office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint ).
1.Be responsible for the day to day working within the team and ensure the timely and proactive c。mmunication with customers and 。verseas, incl other related parties. Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI. Be able to manage the data input quality in CEVA system or client system. Als。need update milestone timely.
2.Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with client owner, key account manager or business development colleague.
3.Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims, ensure proper and timely follow up in case of irregularities.
4.Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments.
5.Worlc with customers and vendors to improve our performance and developments, once any service failure, need escalate to leaders immediately.
6.Cooperate with lcey accounts management for customers within their operations.
